(More customer reviews)Quality product. Does not come loose after installation. Adds another resting position, even for long flat rides. Really helps while pumping uphills. I thought it might catch on lots of brush & branches, but this was not an issue during my 30+ mile mountain biking weekend.
Does not come with instructions. You will need a hex wrench. Make sure to mount so the bent ends point in (not out away from the bike.) Just check online for pictures to see the approximated mounting position. You can adjust it later to personalize the final angle.
Because it mounts at the end of the handle bars, it narrows your grip width/length. You can compensate by moving your brake & derailer levers in towards the center.
