I am somewhat of a bike mechanic, so putting it together was very easy, and simple. I did however, have to adjust the brakes, and now they work wonderfully. I also added brake levers on the handle bars (cross inline levers), and that was a great safety net. I also replaced the two tires with 24" x 1" wheel chairs tires, and tubes, and they fit and work wonderfully. All total, I have spent less than $175.00 on his road bike, and We are very pleased with it!
