She was determined to ride a bike with her husband and we found the only set of wheels that would fit a 26" bike. Made her very happy and is helping her confidence. While this lady was just under the weight limit for this item I had to adjust it a few times as it was straining under the weight when she was leaning to one side or the other. Either the weight limit is slightly exaggerated or it should max at 24".
This product served the purpose in this case and owners understand the limitations but were happy with the product as it accomplished what she wanted and didn't have to resort to a trike.
