(More customer reviews)I ride my bike to work. It's an eight mile ride so I don't change clothes, I just bike in with whatever I'm wearing to the office. I wear dress shoes and these clips really allow me climb hills without scuffing or wearing out my nice shoes. I find that I'm also able step out of these at a red light with ease.
They only took a few minutes to attach to my pedals. I've been using them for about eight weeks with no trouble.
When I'm really climbing, I can feel the flex of the plastic. This doesn't present a problem for me, but I suspect a serious mountain biker would probably want something more rigid. But for riding to work; these are a great fit.
